Delivery

After you placed your order, a Dutch sewing studio will start producing your custom made sleeve. Since we don’t work with stocks, the delivery time is a bit longer than with other online webshops. The production time of a custom made sleeve is about 12 days.

TNT envelope shipping takes only one day to arrive in the Netherlands (so delivery is max. 2 weeks), 2 days to one week for Europe (delivery probably 3 weeks), and international is varying, so a maximum of 5-6 weeks. TNT package shipping is more reliable for international shipping, since it can be traced.

The shipping costs for shipping in the Netherlands are free! We don’t mind to pay your shipping costs, look forward to shipping at our expense.

Shipping to Europe

Do you live in Europe (within the EU)?

Then the shipping costs for the small sleeves is only 3 euro (via TNT envelope shipping). The eReader sleeves are shipped for only €3,50 and the laptop and iPad sleeves are shipped for €6,50. If you order multiple sleeves, the shipping costs is dependant of the weight, and can be 9 euro or 13 euro if it has to be shipped as package. Do you want a delivery with Track & Trace? Then you can choose to ship via TNT package for €15 per order.

Shipping via TNT envelope

TNT Post has an official delivery rate of 99.8%. Unfortunately in real life this percentage is lower, and 1 to 5 % of the envelopes get lost. Shipping by letter mail is usually good, but remember well that a normal envelope shipment via TNT Post is not traceable, so lost shipments are hard to retrieve.

Bliinq is not liable for loss in normal envelope shipments, because we are not able to trace where it went wrong. (Delivered at the neighbors, never received, not at home, wrong mailbox, etc.) Of course in case of loss we will start an investigation together with TNT Post, and will do our utmost to handle this for you as good as possible.

Shipping via TNT package

Do you want a trackable shipment, then you can choose this option in our webshop when ordering. This means that we can always trace where the shipment is. Unfortunately we can not give the tracking code with every order since it does not happen automatically within our webshop. Therefore we politely ask of you to wait at least 2 days to see if the shipment arrives, before requesting the code.

Gift Packaging

The sleeves are shipped in gift wrapping – in an elegant and glossy envelope. You do not have to wait until the package is delivered, the package fits through the mailbox opening! (unless you order package shipping of course)

Faster delivery

If you would like to receive the order faster as usual due to a birthday, holiday, trip or other reasons, this can be discussed. Enter in the comments form why you request this faster service and when you want the sleeve to be delivered. We will try to honour your request if possible, and will contact you about the possibilities. (Note: do not assume that it is possible on forehand, since we must consult with the sewing studios.)
